Makeup Tips: From Formal to Casual

This time, dear reader, I'm gonna share my makeup tips for formal and casual event. I found this tips when I have to attend two different events at the same day and at the very close time. You guys must have known some beauty guru on Youtube made tutorials for two different occasion, they usually emphasize the eye makeup, but ain’t anybody got time for that!

If you have a casual to formal event it might be okay because usually a casual makeup is more light and you just have to added some colors to your eyes for the formal event. But, if you have a formal to casual event it will took so many times to remove you eyeshadow and you will also ruined the eyeliner and the fake lashes you may have used.

Now what I’m gonna share will be much more efficient and simple, change the color of your lipstick! For the formal  you can go with a cat liner and a bright lipstick, the bright lipstick is the key for this look. Because you are using a simple eye makeup, the bright or pop up color will glamorize your look. You can use fuchsia, red or maybe plum. This time, I'm using a dark pink color from Sariayu in Kelimutu.

But because the color is too dark, I’m using a pink lip liner to make the lipstick brighter.

And, this is the result! Actually I’m using a pink salmon blush on from Caring, but it doesn't’ show up on the photo.

When you are attending a casual event, just wipe your lipstick with a wet tissue or makeup remover and apply a soft or nude color. In my opinion, a nude color with a cat eyes is a safe makeup so it won’t make your look ‘out of place’. I’m using a Maybelline Color Sensational in Peachy Scene which i will review it soon!!!

So, that’s it! Thank you for reading :)
